Competitor Analysis

Sometime companies just want an update on what their competitors are up to.

There are two methods used: (1) you name the competitors that you want to be analysed (website, go to market strategies, offering analysis, pricing (if in public domain) etc); (2) you don’t give the names of the competitors but allow us to research and see who we think your core competitors are. That can throw up some interesting results, or highlight a new entrant to the market that you’ve not picked up yet, but your prospects may have done.
