Day 1: Review where you are now
If you don’t know where you are, how do you know the route to get to where you want to be?
Day 2: Setting the terms of success
Knowing exactly where you want to get to is absolutely key at the start of any planning process.
Day 3: Customer definition
You need to know your ideal customer, what makes them tick, how you help them, where they get their information and so on. We will spend Day 3 ensuring that you have your ideal client defined as well as their key messages which trigger them into action.
Day 4: Sales enabled
We give an overview of the different types of tools to make sales’ job easier. Plus a framework for you to audit what you have and what is missing. That will allow you to build a plan to close those gaps. After all if the sales conversion rate is increased then you don’t need to spend as much money putting things in the top of the funnel.
Day 5: Sales accelerated
Looking at building a marketing promotional plan that is going to deliver on the aims you set on day 2 and for your ideal customer in day 3.
What will you get on the challenge?
- Every morning you will get access to a pre-recorded training course
- A workbook for each day
- Support in a Facebook group, where you will also upload the daily tasks.
- An ask me anything post everyday.
- A call at 6pm and another at 9pm to answer questions about that day’s tasks.
Each day a daily winner will be announced on the calls – listen out for those winners and what the prizes are.

1. How long will I need to invest each day?
- The videos will all be about 30minutes on normal speed (I say that as I listen to a lot of videos on 1.5x speed).
- To do the tasks, will take you between 10 – 45 minutes – the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
2. Is it for someone like me?
If you have a business and need help with growth, if you are a new business or if you are planning a new business then this is the challenge for you.
3. What if I can’t attend the calls live?
No worries, they will be recorded – just drop your question in the Ask Me Anything post which is issued at 3pm UTC every day and they will be answered either in the post or on the call – and you can watch back later on.
4. How long did I have access to the Facebook group for?
The Facebook group will remain open, however, daily support stops on 17/2/25
